Slice bagels in half and toast.
Place cheese on half of each bagel.
Top with apple and a pinch of cinnamon.
Close sandwiches with remaining half bagels and
serve or
pack in a lunch.
FOR A CHANGE
Replace apples with pears and replace cheddar with part-skim provolone or Swiss cheese.
